Update 3/4/2026

Can you guys fix the bug with Profundity’s basic not giving download progress and also give everyone who didn’t get the signal data from the end of last era what they’re owed?  Why are you guys so incapable of dealing with known issues?  I’ve seen complaints about the Profundity thing going back to 2023 and the signal data affected a pretty big chunk of your players.  There have been numerous mentions about the signal data, it comes up every time you post something at least twice but radio silence from you.  Is that because you don’t care or you have no information to share?  Both are unacceptable but even just addressing it by saying you don’t know would be an improvement.

They are faster, but they also contribute to the main bottleneck in the mid-late game which is Signal Data.

CG_Meathead​ Thats a long List 😅 thanks for fixing it 👍. You are doing a great Job for the Community (and in your case no one would say otherwise, some just dont get the difference between you and CG as a Company 😃). 

Her are a few things that, in my opinion, need to happen to the game soon in some way sooner or later (please sooner). 

A lot of Players would certainly agree that we all, but especially large/ endgame Accounts, have with the growing number of teams not enough space InGame for the different Mod-Loadouts (perfect would be if we were able to create and save a Loadout for every Character in Game multiplied 3 Times (one GAC, one TB and one TW).

But I think it will be enough and reasonable for now if the possible max. number of not assigned mods would be higher (I think its still the same since the beginning but so many more chars have been added to our Roster since then. 

And for sure we would appreciate a "save all" and "back to last saving point" function Button for the whole Roster, because its a total mess to change (manually) mods between the game mods and back aggain while having other mods to work on.

With more teams everyone is able to place a hard defense while still having more than enough for offense.

Pease inrease (at least for Kyber) the number of required teams we need to Set and fight (maybe one more per field ) in GAC. This would bring more pressure and fun to a Big number in our Player Base. 

You did a great Job already with how we can Switch between our Crons while we are working on them. Just add a function to name them or so that we can save and load teams with the crons we want them to use to the Troops Loadout.

Do something for TW (but thats not favourite my game Mode so I dont have a good suggestion for it ) .

Please bring more Packs without those  % chance to get xy.  I want to now I get for sure xy for xy amount of money or crystals (if it needs to than make them more expensive but no gambling for us).  Imagine we would pay with a 50% Chance for you to get only half the price 😉. 

And at last (for sure I have forgotten some things 😁) :  Please keep improving the communication between cg and the Players. I keep hearing that most of the Players aren't reading these forum Posts (which I find are great and cant understand why). 

If its an Information about a change, even the small ones for example changing the cost and number of g12 Mats in the Episode Currency Store. This makes it very hard for f2p and New Players to get them.  So if it is a possible bad or good thing for Players just tell us how it is so we know that.          Yes, it might get some people angry or whatever (a few might be as hate-fueled as Maul - please everyone dont be awfuly in comments or Discord, there are ways to criticize without being rude! ), but im sure they wont be as angry as they will be if you dont say a thingh at all.                                  We like and need to know things (like Therion or this Snow Guy) so we can adjust in time 😃.

Not going to lie. Not a fan of either the new DCs ever Conquest round nor the Pay to win FDCs.
If this is the new way of doing things CG, at least give us a way to farm Mk2 DC mats when they rotate out of the Conquest rewards and make the pay for FDCs more than a 5 day splash drop. 
I know you need to make money, but try and meet us halfway here!

Does anyone know how to remove credit card from EA account? I finally went F2P and am certain I’m done spending. I’d like to remove my credit card. I don’t want to remove from App Store just the SWGOH Webstore
