While you're taking a look at fixing some things in SWGOH please consider this.  Sandbagging has become a problem for guilds above 380m GP, and is making Territory War unfun. 

Intentionally having members sit out and not get rewards, so that the rest of the members can move from a losing box to potentially a winning box, by fighting in a lower weight class is a bummer. That seems like unintended game design as this incentivizes players to sit out of TW and NOT play the game. All other content is designed so that you want to participate as much as you can to get the best rewards.

Is it too much to ask that TW matchmaking is based on total guild GP, instead of total signup GP? Then the advantage would go to the guild with the most active members, and encourage players to play your game.

Is it too much to ask that TW matchmaking is based on total guild gp, not total signup gp? Maybe it is time to add higher tier boxes as well. Current highest reward box is 380M GP current highest guild GP is 767M GP. There are roughly 300 guilds with 600M GP, how about a 600M GP reward box?

Territory War hasn’t seen any updates in ages, it’s time to address that.

In my guild, only players who are actually going to play sign up for the GT. It's annoying to see that out of 50 players, only 30 actually play, and fighting against a guild of 50 vs. 30 active players isn't fun. So it's not as much sandbanging as you're talking about, but most guilds have chosen to only allow those who are actually going to play to sign up for the GT so as not to ruin the game.
