Update on Cassian Compensation

At least yous got compensation or something. Still they haven't given me any compensation so this is BS

They only sent you 2900 for compensation?   A lot of players have been having very inconsistent similar stories?  I spent $200-$300 on era bundles throughout the whole era event, then over $100 to finish the last set of levels to hit 85, then that update dropped and made it all pointless.  I still haven't see any type of compensation,  or even any communications besides EA customer support runaround.  

This whole this has been a nightmare and honestly making me reconsider spending any more money.  I bet if we all coordinated and stopped spending $$ they found actually pay attention 

CG_Meathead​  It looks like a lot of players that invested in this event, unlocking 7* Cassian prior to the update, but have not received this compensation and EA customer support just tells us to post here.  

Is there going to be another wave of compensation sent out to the rest of us?

I recently read your position on the compensation to the Andor Era Era Material Bundle purchasers. I bought the VIII Material Bundle but didn't received crystals yet. Please can you send me the crystals or tell me when it's coming?

I have been dealing with EA help but they are telling me now to watch my social media handles for any info on this matter. I bought Era materials to get my Cassian to 7 star before you gave everything away for free. I even provided pics of the purchases. Why am I not compensated? My ally code is 223-418-365.

So I am assuming for those who have updates on this sub they are completely ignoring us and have literally scammed a ridiculous amount of players from this?

I have received absolutely nothing and spent a ridiculous amount of money on that era rubbish. If you can't make something correctly DO NOT ADD STUFF YOU CAN BUY. Really unfair.

I had bought the materials to upgrade all characters and ulock Cassian at 7* prior to the update where all materials were given away but I have not received this compensation.

Im a little confused here between reading all these posts back and forth. I know i bought a bunch of packs this last era to have the best shot at getting my characters at high levels straight out the gate. But in the end i ended upna few shards short on each character ended up with lower relics. Can someone look onto this. Mu ally code is 339-278-713

That doesn't cover what was lost out on I paid alot to have mine at 7 star max level 95 before the drop. The exclusivity of the max era level chars in the time after the era passes on for example. I also lost out on lightspeed tokens or relic upgrade coaxial serv motors because this disrupted the rankings in the colliseum went for 1k everyday to 200 500 200. Not to mentiontion the real cost if I remember right in 29.99 74.99 and 99.99 pack per char for stars along over it costs to do so over 7 char its over 1400 alone right there then the era assuming you participated every day and didn't miss anything I belive I still spent between 1000 at least on era materials and credit if not more as you need  exponentially more after each mile stone. So no 30k crystals is not gonna do it its a drop in the bucket and this is the second era in a row customer support has screwed me on. To make this up its equal or greater value you gave everyone the era stuff I got 30k crystals it's the equivalent of what 200 usd vs thousands of usd these things Arnt equal. I didn't get maul level max level because yalls store messed up and now this @CG_Meathead if not giving us the next era things then give us equal to what we paid in crystals or era currency  if you just want to one click solution it ally code 512-538-956.
