[Update Rolling out] Lag/Hitching Issue

I appreciate the update and the timing while unfortunate, sets some expectations.  It looks like I will be missing TB as well as TW/GAC/Fleet arena.  I just want to express that this is affecting accounts disproportionately.  While everyone is screaming for "compensation", please understand how this is affecting some players more than others.  For example, I have two accounts and the main account is unaffected but this account is experiencing the following problems:

• Inability to COMPLETE a fleet mission (approx. 300 crystals per day)
• Inability to complete a battle in GAC.  This will result in a total wipeout in GAC and subsequent relegation to a lower league (I was in A4)
• Loss of a probationary position in a higher level guild due to the inability to honor commitments for team game modes.  I will be able to backfill a much smaller guild but I will be going from a 375M/Max Crate guild to a 140M guild at best.  I generate most of my CM points through fleet missions.  I cannot contribute to a higher level guild without fleet.

We can wait for the update but my account is going to suffer a huge setback due this "performance" issue.

This does nothing and you can't let the game stay in a unplayable state. GAC, TW and Raid are on. With the raid I can just deal with it and go through it with the lag because there's no timer. GAC, TW and even fleet arena are affected however. This is huge issue and there needs to be some kind of fix asap and not next week. Many of us pay for this game so at least make it playable. For all I care increases the battle timer to 15min until it's fixed but not doing anything now is absolutely not acceptable.

I could not agree with post more. I'm in the same boat and unable to play any events that give rewards. I have missed 3 days of being #1 in Fleet for payout. I keep dropping and can't win due to the lagging and time expiring. Was able to complete 1 GAC battle so I'll miss those rewards. Can't do the raid as it wants to freeze up so I'll miss those rewards as well. As for the new content, don't even care at this point and stopped doing those events. They could have reset the game, apologized and said they'd fix the issues then update the game later. I've played since day 1 and spent a lot on this game and I'm holding on until Saturday, 36hrs from now. If it's not fixed I'll uninstall and take my money to another game not designed and ran by EA. 

You are making millions of Dollars with this game and still you couldnt afford another Laptop beside the one your whole team is using to fix isssius.next week my **bleep**,until then i losse crystals on a large scale,as i cant realy play fleet arena due to serious lags and gac will be a **bleep** show with Timing out on otherwise simple fights.

Dude, we're all in the same boat, unless one happens to have the PC client, which seems unaffected

I believe, no one should lose any rankings in GAC as well as we should get compensation for these events that are unbearable at this point.  A whole week is a long time to fix an issue you introduced! This should have been highly tested before releasing, I understand we are the QA. So that means we should get paid for this.   Crystals, relic 10 materials. Something to compensate for a release that had no business going out with full testing.  

Please understand this and please make due what you owe everyone.
