The team is aware and investigating that some folks are unable to load into the GL Ahsoka Event (Getting an infinite loader).

I’m also a victim of this bug. Having spent several crystals to unlock the event and now I can’t even play it. So disappointing. I bet the fix won’t be available in time for next GAC.
edit: uninstalling and reinstalling did the trick.

This is ridiculous, we paid to meet the requirements and now we have to wait a week so you guys can take your time to get it fixed?? I may hope you come up with a decent compensation for the people affected by this amateurism?
I spent a lot of crystals to unlock her for the next GAC registration. I hope this bug will fix before the next GAC starts. It makes me so disappointed.

It is not solved before the start of the GAC 3rd round... it is a big disadvantage....... lot of crystal spent (about 10K...) for nothing. Any compensation neccesary?
I spent 6000 crystals getting done, which of course was pointless as the event is broken. I hope you compensate and fix this today
I rarely use the PC, so it installed some updates. It instantly worked. Sorry.
