Capital Games TeamOof, this is turning into the biggest disruption this game has ever had. The workarounds seem to only work for people who have linked their EA accounts previously. Everyone else is left out in the dark, now for over 36 hours. Despite the fact we have ongoing GACs, TWs, marquees and other events, there hasn't been any mention of a reassuring the player base a make-good will happen.
If this were a minor game with revenue streams in the tens of thousands, I could understand a skeleton crew not being able to respond quickly, both with a fix and with communication. But this is Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes! Which has grossed, what? North of $1.5B? I can't fathom why they run such a small crew at CG when there are that many dollars on the line.
