Someone in my guild still can’t log in,

He has now missed raid - which also meant the guild didn’t hit max box either.
missed TW rewards.
missed GAC sign up.
and is missing out on the new toon as well

this is ridiculous, you guys better be giving out some serious compensation to players for this one
