Hello there,

All of my “loaned characters” are and remain at level 0. I checked the inbox. I have already restarted the game multiple times and nothing changes. 

I would really appreciate any tips that someone can give me about this situation. For now I’m gonna wait in hopes that EA will fixe the glitch.
