How can you not be embarrassed by the frequency of bugs and updates that break the game?

They're not embarrassed.  They've been letting bugs get out of control for a couple years now.  The only time they fix something immediately, it's a benefit to players.  Quality isn't a priority, players aren't a priority.  Only money.

I'm sure a few devs at CG are embarrassed, but the CG leadership who's fault this is?  Not at all.
