Leaving forever I guess
Has been fun knowing you people since 2012/13. Even with the game closing EA never gave up on disappointing me by ignoring the fact I owned the account with more than enough proof and words from a forum mod. The game is ending anwyay, so I bid you all farewell. Thanks for the years of support and fun, forum people.
Simpson Tapped Out ending
Many people have paid a lot of money to EA to play Simpsons tapped out and to have a situation where those purchases cannot be used after January 2025 is totally unacceptable. If EA have any sort of professional customer service ethics they should develop a way for Simpsons tapped out to be played offline with the caveat that there will be no further game development or updates. A very poor current state of play!!!!
Tonight
Tonight, I took a walk around the town which I spent 10 years or more building it. Sure, it was not perfect and the monorail still uncompleted, a total mess, but it was still my town. And to bid farewell to my 704 characters before sending them to tasks which I will not see them complete. Bye guys!

As of this morning, I decided to nuke my Springfield. It was fun for 10+ years playing this game, the only one I played daily. Other games were occasional, but this game was fun to do it everyday. Before the nuke, I make a screenshot, (just for the memory - see attachment); now it's gone. I will use the time that I dedicated to the game, to read books. Hope everyone here find a new entertainment. See you. SMR
New Game
Has anyone started to look for another game to replace this one? I always loved the Halloween and Christmas themed events. I also liked the one big one in the summer. I really do think that they went overboard on the events. Does anyone know if there is a similar game that does holiday themed events?

I have been playing for over a decade. Time passed. At this close to the ending moment, I "exploded" the map so that almost the whole map left almost only the Simpsons's home. It just felt like the first day I began to play the game, so sad. I will miss this GREAT CREATION.
Is there a Max level of donuts you can reach?
When the game was announced that it was ending I decided that my final goal was to get to the max level of donuts. I assumed based on the space for figures that it might max out at 999.999 but when I passed the 1 million mark the the counter just overlapped the "Get More" tab. I currently have over 2.6 Million donuts. Has anyone managed to get to a max limit?
Heartbroken by TSTO ending. What if ...
What if we changed it to a small monthly fee, say $0.99 a month, to keep it going. There must be at least a couple million people that would be willing to contribute to the cause each month. That's guaranteed income for EA. So many of us have been playing daily for over a decade, there must be some way to preserve our efforts. Please consider an alternative to ending it all. Thanks
Tapped Out
i been playing tapped out for a while and i love the game. i was sad when i saw the news on the facebook and on the tapped out app. i was just thinking was this game in Early Access which is to try and playt the game and report back to the people make the game with the bugs and prombles. Im think this might be why they might be closing the app. it could be closing the beta of the early access,. im just wonnding if this is the case. at the bottom it says until next time making me think that tapped out will be back. this is what i am thinking. does anyone know on how to contrat ea as well in emaill. thanksCancel job button required.
Yeah I wish I had one right about now... As much as I need Bart and Lisa to finish the Stonecutters quest, I need them even more to prompt the next building for me so I can start on that 24 hour annoyance. And I dont have the luxury of being able to spend 16 donuts to speed up their tasks to start it. And no you dont have to sell and rebuild for all of the buildings to stop a task, I do it often on if I need Wiggum,Sea Captain,CBD,etc. My example with Bart and Lisa, I can stop Bart cause of the Treehouse I just have to story it in Inv but Lisa I cant.
