No Help from EA 6 weeks
Just so everyone knows it’s been the whole season I’ve had this issue (nearly 1 and a half months) and I’ve had a forum up for 2 weeks with still not a single person or EA advisors has helped me, can someone please help me. I also get the same reply from every email which is just so unhelpful. A couple weeks ago I bought 4 apex event packs for the Watson prestige skin were the event said that If you buy 4 event packs you will get a guaranteed legendary event item, however I bought all 4 event packs and I didn’t get any legendary items from the packs, did anyone else get this issue, I also spoke to an EA advisor who told my that they do not have the tools to fix it and I have to wait, however I have waited over 4 weeks and still nothing, this is really frustrating as a used a lot of in game currency for the packs and now I can’t get it back. Im quitting Apex guys, I just wanna kill myself at this point.
NOTG Tokens Gone???
I had put 7-8 NOTG Tokens (can't remember exact amount) into the set that requires 17 or so of them. Apparently that set just disappeared? No time limit on it or anything, just gone. It took my tokens with it. Can I get these back? And can we put expiration dates on sets that are just going to disappear moving forward?It's been 48 hours since you wrongfully banned me
It's been 48 hours since you wrongfully banned me, how long will it take to resolve my complaint. I've heard that a lot of players have been wrongfully banned by you guys lately simply because they quit the game in the middle of the game, and you know that after a big score, players get frustrated and they will naturally quit the game because continuing the game will make them more miserable. And I personally never quit a match of my own accord, it was all operated by my opponent, should I be banned because I beat my opponent causing him to quit the match as well? Ea please add to clubs for the AI’s to be able to read plays and get motivated or play harder when going down. AI players should react to the game how the game is being played winning or loosing. AI players should be able to make the best decision 49% of the time. PLEASE ADD CLEATS/BOOTS AS THEY COME OUT IN REAL LIFE. CUT SOCKS AND GRIP SOCKS WOULD ADD TO THE REALISM. CLEATS SHOULD VE UPDATED AS THEY ARE RELEASED RETRO KITS AND CLEATS IN REGULAR GAMEPLAY WOULD BE AN EXTRA, ANYTHING REAL SOCCER FANS AND GAME FANS WOULD BE HAPPY ABOUT!!!!Please activate the Prism Skill Tree for the mighty winter players
So in the ragnarok chapter, The 111 to 110ovr players for After Daybreak have that special skill tree that UTOTS players had, and the mighty winter 111 to 110ovr players didn't get it, and its the same event and it feels unfair to us that have grinned hard for the 111 and 110ovr players The fc mobile players community kindly ask for it to be updated and put into the 111 and 110ovr Mighty Winter players just like how it is for the After Daybreak cards I can't do this alone, I need the backing up from all players viewing this Thank you❤️
