Thanks TT :D - Not sure if this is the answer to your question or not but I have fallout boy on his 4h task (practice his moves) and the drone is flying around the building.

It's his 4-hour task, which he performs outside the HQ.- I just assumed the drone is part of the building's "in use" animation.
