Road To Glory is BROKEN!
Dear EA Sports Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a significant issue I encountered while playing the Road to Glory game mode as a quarterback in the College Football 25 game. In the national championship game, I found myself in a crucial situation. I was down by 2 points, on the opponent's 14-yard line with 30 seconds left on the clock and a fresh set of downs in the 4th quarter. The optimal strategy was clear: take a knee to run the clock down to about 3 seconds, spike the ball to stop the clock, and then kick a field goal to win the game. However, after I secured the first down with 30 seconds remaining, the game inexplicably stopped and forced me to "Continue to Play" simulate the rest of the game. As a result, I ended up losing the national championship by 2 points!! This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! The inability to control the final, decisive moments of the game undermined the immersive and strategic elements that make the Road to Glory mode so engaging. As a dedicated player and fan of the College Football series, I hope this issue can be addressed in a future update to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience. There were 30 SECONDS Left on the 14 yard line i am down by 2 points. HOW DOES THE GAME NOT KNOW KICK A FIELD GOAL TO WIN THE GAME???? Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and hope for a resolution that will enhance the gameplay experience for all players.
More positions on RTG
I would like to start this off by saying I love this game it is light years ahead of madden and the best football game that’s been made since ncaa 14 but I have a huge issue with road to glory! My issue is that you can only play 5 positions I dislike this greatly. I would love to be a OLB or a DE but it’s not an option and it just kills my motivation to put more hours into this game. I say let us play any position we want you have the capabilities to do so, why is it not an option. Hell if I want to be a kicker or an O Lineman I should have the capability to do! I think this was a huge mistake and something that’s been looked over for years and years by ea and I hope it is fixed. Thank you!I don’t think I’ll buy this game anymore.
I really don’t want to play for 6 hours to build my player just a few extra points. The way they cap the speed on road to glory based on prototype is weird to me as well. Also some how they feel the Zone CB prototype has higher speed potential than a man to man corner prototype. So Basically you can’t build a man to man CB to get a 99 speed rating. I agree some attributes should cap based on Prototype like strength, but speed??? Dum dumb dumb just let us create our own players agin and this game would be great. Plus we want to start as freshman on the teams we like and again this game makes that extremely hard. so a bunch of work just to make a ok player that gets smoked regularly on a team I don’t really like???? Anyways that’s my rant.Game feels…predetermined?
Do some of you guys games feel predetermined? Like there’s a game within the game predicting your career some what? I had 50+ TDs 5000yds they tried like hell to give my heisman to Carson Beck, also I had less than 10 INTs. i play on all American but it felt like heisman toward the end of season. It’s infuriating the way my cpu teammates don’t seem to be idk trying to win sometimes? My HB misses HUGE holes to run thru, wr make funny moves after wide open catches, my te loses alll football knowledge. I like the concept of RTG but the codes in here are a bit much 😂
Allow players to edit the depth chart
It's pretty clear to me that this game is half baked. Fine, whatever. At least allow us to edit depth charts for NOT our position. I'd love to start my preferred Tight End (especially since he's rated higher). If you can't put out a finished game, give us enough tools to fix your mess for you EA.
RTG-QB issues (pass block, inaccurate passes, and drop passes when jumping)
When playing RTG with a QB there are many issues from my perspective. 1.) Block shed is ridiculous in this game this time around regardless of which team i play. I really do understand that block shed occurs in real life but not in this magnitude. I have a strong Oline all in the 90's yet they cannot block long enough for my receivers to break into their routes. 2.) When I do get passes off cleanly its great but the minute I play a top 25 team accuracy is out of the window, I over throw screens and corner routes and crucial downs. I have a hard time making it to my flats accurately. 3.) Following up on not being able to make accurate throws, if I do make a good throw when playing a ranked team they ALWAYS jump which ALWAYS forces a knockout. I make these same throws against most teams but if the team im playing is ranked my wide-outs and tightends WILL JUMP and the ball WILL get knocked out. 4.) Nothing is perfect i get that but if it ain't broke don't fix it. Just add to it. The issues I encounter weren't prevalent in last year's itteration so just add to what was already great. Im not a developer but im sure we can do better. Please don't become Madden!
Dynasty Recruiting Position battle is broken and wont commit to either team
My dynasty glitches on recruiting position battle! I have went 5 weeks with 0 progression and my recruits are just stuck in a position battle with nothing changing. It happens to all the players in a battle they dont commit to either team and it messing with my recruiting class. 5 week stale mate with visits and actions doing nothing. I added a video so u can see me advance the guys in the position battle dont even show up on the recruit update and they are still stuck with no progression. Please fix and give me my players
Dynasty Bug
Within my Dynasty on College Football 26 with the Hawai’i Rainbow Warriors I’ve played three games nearing the end of the First Quarter and Third Quarter where the game; freezes, glitches, freeze, and shuts off back to the Main Menu of my XBOX Series X. Since day one of college football 25’s launch, there has been problems with chemistry and not one time all year has all of them worked at same time, now I just spent 60,000 coin on changing player chemistry to my team and should have 9 but says only have 4, I even had a starter that was my team chemistry but the dose not count him as one. now way I’m buying the new game when these issues still occur in 25 all year. What’s going to be different in 26? Nothing it will have problems all year as well. I’m not dealing with it.
