EA Help case marked as resolved but I did not get a solution

Case # 204796384

I pulled a player and did not receive it in my items. My case from EA Help gets marked as “Resolved” without providing a resolution. I am still missing the player and it has been a few days now without any responses.

Is there a phone number I can call to speak to a live rep?

Good luck. They have yet to resolve anything for me. Missing purchased real money items, given losses when it clearly shows a win, cards just disappearing from lineup. Just to list a few. That's why I refuse to spend another dime on this game.
