Nossa liga GASTAÇÃO BRASIL foi alvo de vários hacks e agora nenhum de nossos integrantes conseguem acessar o jogo dando "Erro Desconhecido". Somos top 30 global, mas o torneio de ligas está cheio de hack prejudicando a nossa liga que joga limpa. Preciso de apoio da EA para que todos nós tenhamos nossas contas válidas novamente. Needing help of changing my facebook account.
I have tried everything to take off one facebook account to use another facebook account. Ive tried deleting the game reinstalling, i unlinked it from the facebook account, i tried deleting its data but everytime i log in and press returning users then log into facebook it shows the same facebook account. PLEASE HELP

Nba live mobile
I have or had an nba live mobile account for the past 5 years or so. Pretty much since the game first arrived in the playstore. I've built my teams up and have become an elite player. Every once in a while I have an issue logging in but it's usually corrected. At this point I might as well go to nba 2k. I spend money in the app and build by teams. I use the app as a form of stress relief so I am stressed that customer service is no help and issues go unresolved. It takes a post like this before any action is taken when an issue arises. At the end of last season a message came up saying a bug has been detected but I stayed loyal. I wonder of this post will help!
Missing players
Missing players, coaches, jerseys and courts from season 8. We paid for these items and those who didn't pay didn't deserve to be PUNISHED. How else to understand this? Many of us got 285 MCCollum 59ovr, and the players who got it lost their bost!?Why are we being punished, I ask myself and you? I spend a lot of money and now it won't be like that if you don't stabilize the game and free it from hackers and cheaters. I am sending you one of the scammers and their actions as proof! And let this be known. We waste a lot of time solving problems, nothing is fair. I said it feels like we're all being punished! AND WE HONEST PLAYERS, IT DOESN'T MATTER WHETHER WE ARE PAY TO WIN PLAYERS OR ORDINARY PLAYERS. IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT SUCH A SITUATION IS HAPPENING AND THAT WE DO NOT GET ADEQUATE ANSWERS OR ADEQUATE INFORMATION TO AT LEAST KNOW WHAT IT IS ABOUT! WE ONLY GUESS ON DISKORD AND THE AGENTS IN EA-TEAM NEVER HAVE A SOLUTION WHEN WE CONTACT THEM. Hackers deprive regular users from game access causing "unknown error"
Currently, participants in 12 of the top 100 leagues are experiencing issues accessing their accounts due to an "unknown error." It appears that hackers have devised methods to either create "attack" leagues or infiltrate existing ones with compromised accounts. When tournaments commence, these hackers execute a strategy that disrupts the functionality of the league, rendering all participating accounts inaccessible. My estimate suggests that over 600 gamers are unable to log into the game as a result of these attacks. The effect lasts 7-8 days. Regarding Electronic Arts (EA)'s awareness of this situation, it remains unclear whether they have been informed. Their response and the seriousness with which they will address this issue are also yet to be determined. I have attempted to contact EA's support, but found the process to be ineffective for resolving this matter. There are people cheating in the game, while playing in the league, one person beat us with a point difference, this is impossible.This is not the first time we have encountered this trick, we have lost like this twice before. This is a new event in Season 9. I am waiting for your return. EASTSIDE is our team. Daily ads watched, nba cash items completed, or daily login not registering in the objectives screen. I have have unlinked accounts, deleted the app, restarted my phone, deleted data, yet the top three objectives will still not recognize any of the three above items in the app. EA Chat was not helpful. It's been 3 days now and still no help. I have spent so much time and money on the game. The changes this season are ruining the game. No achievements, No auction house, cheating in league play has gotten out of control, and now I can't access my team. I would have to spend a bunch or money now to catch up or get any players from events. I think I'm done with this game.
Can’t add to set
I stand corrected from my earlier post, I did receive the awards, however, I cannot throw them into a set to claim Anthony Davis, Jimmy Butler, Anthony Edwards, or SGA, I think it glitched out since I had these awards before I could even do those events maybe? (I was level 9 when I got these awards but you don’t unlock season mode until level 10 and Showdown mode until level 12)Purchase issue?
Hello, I just recently got the “live ultimate pass” and in there, in the “ultimate store” I purchased the modes trio bundle, at the time I was only level 8 or 9 whenever I did it, i went today to go redeem my tokens but it turned out I did not have the x5 championship ring tokens, nor the x5 Showdown token, I did however receive the x5 PvP tokens, did I potentially not get rewarded the other ones because I was too low of a level and still didn’t have season mode and showdown mode unlocked? And if so how can I make sure I actually get my rewards because I did purchase them
Make events&trades with booster court/jersey/couch
Hi EA. Make events with skill boosting court/jersey/couch instead of players. Also you may add trades where silver players could be traded too. For example, 50 silver players are traded to yellow booster court, 100 silver players - to red booster court. Same about jerseys and couches. THAT IS SIMPLE. Also could trade yellow booster items to red booster. For example, 5 to 1.
