NBA Live mobile - Arena mode Feedback request
We know how long you’ve been asking for a PvP mode which is why we are starting off with a beta. This means we need your feedback and experience to wrinkle out the bugs and shape this experience into the game mode you will enjoy. We need your input to be clear and constructive. When we say constructive, we don't mean "positive", we fully understand if you don't like every aspect of the game. We just want feedback that gives us the opportunity to implement changes when possible. We also need as many details as possible which means more information than using Embiid emote to describe your experience. If your concerns are among our “Known issues” don’t worry that means we are aware of it and we are working on it! KNOWN ISSUES Using any type of “interrupt” is discouraged while playing. This includes closing the app, interacting with OS notification banners, pressing the home button, etc. Doing so will cause your client to lose connection and desync from our servers. There are issues shooting free throws in the mode at the moment - the shot meter lags and can be difficult to use. Low End Devices will encounter frame rate loss during Gameplay. If a “no viable server” is encountered when trying to play RTPvP this means you currently do not have a stable connection to play or there is no available server near you. Thanks, The NBA Live Team. Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

[Issue resolved] Game crashing upon launch.
After logging in, my account takes a while to load then eventually crashes. every time, this happened after several games in showdown and then logging back in the game. I can login just fine with a different account but my main account is not, I already tried restarting the phone, trying a different phone (android and IOS), reinstalling the game, clearing data/cache but still same thing. I'm afraid this might not be fixed if I don't report it. Please help EA, thanks!

Game Center not available error
after yesterday night may 28 2024 im still playing the game until this morning may 29 2024 after for a iphone apps game update after that then the game wont let me linked back in continue with iphone game center, im work hard for playing this game for over around 8 season is there any chance for me to get the process back, im tryt restart the iphone or game center so far its still not working, its happen fewer time before it work let me linked to account with my iphone game center and now it happen again, please help me can back in to it soon thank you jayden chui

Try to watch ad for w’s in store What happens when the bug occurs? Says this isn’t available. What do you expect to see? I should be watching an ad after I hit watch ad. ‌ In the store, watch ad for w’s aren’t showing up. Watched it once and then it disappeared.

Unable to login NBA Mobile Via Facebook
Product: NBA Live Mobile Platform:Android Phone Summarize your bug When trying to login you get a fb reply "NBA live app feature in developmental mode try again" also I looked at my fb settings to check linked games and NBA Live Mobile is not there but my other games are. You can still play NBA Live Mobile guest mode or create a new account which I don't wanna do because my squad is at 100 overall and I contributed lots of time and money to my team. EA sports called me back upon my request and they were able to see that others are having the same problem and to create a topic so the EA team can resolve the issue. I don't want to start over, please fix! How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying logging into an NBA Live Mobile account via Facebook for starters. What happens when the bug occurs? You won't get into your live account, login failed. What do you expect to see? NBA live says login failed and if you try over and over Facebook will say this NBA Live Mobile feature is in developmental mode, try again. ‌ Please resolve this issue.

April Live Pass: Not collecting Live Tickets
I bought both the premium and MVP live pass for April and never received the 360 live tickets that was awarded at milestone 2 (180 for each pass), as well as the 30 live tickets for milestones 7, 14, 21, 28. All the other rewards seem to work fine. I claimed the live tickets tokens but they were never added to my live ticket balance. Anyone else having this problem? I had no problem collecting live tickets in for previous months in Season 8.

Not receiving free ADs on NBA Live mobile
Product: NBA Live Mobile Platform:Apple iPhone Summarize your bug I haven't had ADs for the game they keep coming and going and it's really annoying as I'm missing content from it. I received them on the first day of new season then they vanished and didn't come back till Friday the same week the season dropped then I kept getting ADs until the following Wednesday where they have stopped refreshing and coming back. Still haven't had them come back. I always received from refresh at 7PM. I'm from England and use an Iphone 7 plus. I've spoke to someone from EAHELP and they said to post to the forums to hopefully get this fixed. How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not too sure how to answer this since you've spoke to me from EAHELP on twitter and said it's not been reported. I know a lot of people that have the same issue with getting no ADs from the game. What happens when the bug occurs? I don't receive any ADs from the game which means I can't claim the boom or bust pack, get promo points or free stamina. What do you expect to see? My ADs to come back so I can use them to get boom or bust pack, free stamina and promo points. ‌ I just really want my ADs back because I'm just losing out on stuff that will help me towards the new promo. Hopefully you're able to find a fix for the ADs not appearing for me.

Game crashes everytime it loads
Product: NBA Live Mobile Platform:Android Phone Summarize your bug been grinding the showdown and all of a sudden game crashes. now it cannot load my 95 ovr account. have attempted about 50 times now but to no avail. have deleted the app, reinstalled, cleared data, cleared cookies and still crashes before loading the game fully. No error message. Noticed however that when I create a new guest account, the game opens with no issues. EA pls fix my account attached to my gmail. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It just happened to my longtime account. What happens when the bug occurs? game loads initially, and before it fully loads, game crashes. What do you expect to see? full loading of the game for my longtime account. ‌ EA pls fix this asap.

Campaign Rising Stars Volume 1 Won't Advance
Product: NBA Live Mobile Platform:Apple iPhone Summarize your bug Cannot complete the "Trade Up to 65-69 OVR" set to progress in campaigns. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Volume 1 of Rising Stars, it is the 2nd event (200 Stamina Bottle). In order to unlock the event, the three requirements that need to be met are completing the set, completing the previous challenge, and use your ultimate team. However, it is right now impossible for me to complete the set (fulfill the first requirement). What happens when the bug occurs? No cards can be used for the "Trade Up to 65-69 OVR" set, making it impossible to complete. What do you expect to see? As a result, the event in campaigns remains locked. ‌ It seems like I need to complete the Rising Stars campaign before I can start others, making Campaigns as a whole locked for me.
