Update CG?
So there was a problem with the update yesterday that basically took all Apple users out of the game. There was a post that a hotfix would be posted about 1700 PT but if it was going to take longer CG would let us know. Here we are, 15 hrs after the hotfix and radio silence. This has gone from to annoying to total BS; players are missing out on energy refreshes, conquest, raids… the least someone could do is pass on some information. Oh and keep your clone wars Chewy shards, this situation isn’t funny anymore.
Fix these bugs!!!!
I’m getting sick of deleting and reinstalling the game every time I try to play. it crashes everywhere so have to delete and reinstall again. I’ve been playing since day one but like many of my guild friends, I’m giving it until the weekend then just deleting it permanently. its not fun when its a stress.
Hey CG, WTF?
It is now been over 24 hours since the fix was supposed to be pushed out for iOS users. Since then, there has been no fix pushed out and only silence from the devs. Is everyone there a coder, no one could take 15 mins to post an update? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the game still crashed. Asking me to do that every time I want to play is not a fix. Would someone from CG please just post an update.
Crashing for over 24 hours now
I have Star Wars Galaxy of heroes on my iPhone. iPhone 11 to be exact. Have not been able to login since yesterday, October 2. As it attempts to login, it brings up the Cantina screen, then I see my game center info log in, and then it crashes and goes to my iPhone home screen. I have read everyone’s comments about the audio issues. My audio sound effects and music sound effects were already turned off for several years. Getting very annoyed. I just want to play the game again.
App crashes, but only with Game Center logged in
I reinstalled client today morning after the update caused crashes and I was able to use the game. But this evening it just crashes every time I open it. iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.6.1. I tried to run game with Game Center(I switch between two profiles) logged out, and for my surprise is game is running.... I didn't make it far, only to first fight with Snips and JKA and than to the menu. What I did under my profile during the day was, that I turned off all sounds and music. I don't think this matter, because game with logged out Game Center works in the second fight too. I hope this can help you solve the problem, cheers.
Game Crashes with IPAD Pro - IPados 18.0
I run an IPadProp with IpadDos18.0. It was said that switching off the sound effects and music would help with the crashes at starting the game. I can not confirm this, I had sound effencts and music switched off before the issues since years. Therefore after new installation I swiched it off right away. The result: Resart of the game ist not possible it crahed. Then I did a try and did not trun off sound effects and music in the game after the new installation. The result: Wiht sound effects on and Music on my IPad can reopen the game several times, no problems. Therefore: CG please doulbe check the issues with IPad, maybe different as with IPhone.Crashing after update (IOS)
I have noticed the game shows loading screen then immediately exits afterwards. I have deleted and reinstalled the game probably 3 times, and it works every single time, but then after not playing for a while it crashes again. Thought it might be a solution, but obviously there is a problem somewhere else. Also, experienced it on both my IOS devices with separate accounts. First thing that I always do is turn of Sounds in settings and moving the sliders to the zero position. Other than that, I log into the webstore and then just play as otherwise. Not sure where the glitch is coming in, but please fix this ASAP!
Missing Journey Markers
This is not a big issue, but thought I’d report. I have the BKM journey selected, as I’ll unlock her the next time she shows up. However, the usual markers that indicate the characters you need for your current Journey aren’t showing up in these characters. See screen shot show my Journey Guide tab, and only Kelleren Beq has the Journey Guide marker. just reporting cause it isn’t what’s supposed to happen. Doesn’t otherwise affect anything, it seems.Game Crashing Once I load in
I just updated Swgoh and everytime I log into the app, it shows the loading screen with the blue background and light blue spinny thing in the middle. Once it finishes, it crashes and takes me out of the app. I have obviously tried restarting numerous things. How can I fix this? I just missed out on bonus energy because of this. Why is there no shopping cart in the Webstore for SWGOH? It truly is a pain to buy everything one thing at a time! Super time consuming... Also if you allowed a shopping cart then people could take advantage of maybe PayPal in 4 method which would allow for bigger purchases... Can this happen?Account deleted
I appreciate the help from those who posted suggestions about my primary account that got deleted without me knowing. As suggested I went SWGOH.gg to recover my ally code from past raids in the guild I was in. Provided EA with all the information, to only come back and say “sorry nothing we can do” It sucks that all that time and $$$$$ invested into that account was all a waste ugh. If anyone knows others options I can do cool if not I wish all you Star Wars players the best, but I can’t start all over again. This likely will be the end for me. After the client update last night my game will just disappear (Crash with out error) I had it happen at least 10 times today. I have turned sound back on.(which seemed to decrease the crashes). I have also uninstalled reinstalled restarted phone and at 2 other people in my guild running on Android have reported the same thing. Plus all the ios users are still having problems.
Game on loading up shutting is self down
My SwGoH won’t load up it doesn’t get past the loading screen it closes itself down. I try to open it up again and it shuts itself down every time I try to do it. I am playing it on my iPhone 12. It’s only just started doing it since this update that was given out today.
Game charged me double!
I purchased the $9.99 Jawa bundle, and was charged $19.98 . How do I get a refund for the overcharge. I had just uninstalled and reinstalled the client. On latest iPhone iOS (iPhone 14). After the 7/31 update music from spotify/itunes/other sources doesn't play from my phone even with the in-game sound totally off. Please fix this I can't handle the silence. This is my happy time to play game and enjoy music, not sad hour of deep thinking.Game crashes after update
I can see that there are dozens of people experiencing the same issue, but this is insane. The game is not playable in this state. It randomly crashes because of the update. This issue was immediately noticeable when the game wouldn't launch after the update. The offer popups in game are annoying and add to the crashes.
CG needs to own up!
CG needs to own up to this game crashing problem. At the very least they should cancel all the events (conquest/territory battles) and give top rewards, then give a bunch of crystals (no more clone wars chewy shards). If your not in a wifi area to constantly delete and reinstall this game, then the data rates/limits will add up quickly. Maybe this game isn’t worth it and has finally run its course. Hey all, Star Wars galaxy of heroes won’t load. It tries to boot up and it’s stuck at 80%. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it. I have offloaded the cache. I’ve tried everthing on iPhone. Anyone else having this issue? I’ve missed deploying in TB and it’s messing with my participation. Please help. Open to any suggestions, but I’ve troubled shooter just about everything I can think of.
EA game crash and reinstall again and again
When are the developers gonna solve the real issue? It seems like the fundament of the game isn't working properly anymore. The game freezes when i'm calling by regular phone and by whatsapp. Every now and then the game won't start and i have to delete it and reinstall it. This seems like an architectural problem. Who has more intel about the underlying problems behind these crashes and freezes?
Game crashes!
As soon as I startup game it registers my Game Center name and then crashes and shoots back to my phones Home Screen. I was not able to login for the big morning energy (3 types) nor fleet payout for crystals. I also had issues but eventually it did let me in for my tb for guild end of phase. That was the only time since downloading update that I was able to get in to the game. attached is a video of game crashing
