Community ManagerHey @buddsss, while I understand that it may be working fine with DirectX 11 the first step would be to ensure that your anti-virus or firewall are not blocking the game.
Can you go ahead and disable both and try to launch the game again, if it works great and if not can you try the steps I linked above and try again.

i confirm that bfV wont load in dx12, my grafic card is r9 380 and i can play normaly with dx11, when change to dx12 and restart the game it stuck on black screen with the V simbol soaling at top right
