Community ManagerHey @buddsss we raised this with the studio, are you playing the game through Origin Access by any chance?
If so they are aware of some issues with DirectX 12 and Origin Access and are working on a fix.

i confirm that bfV wont load in dx12, my grafic card is r9 380 and i can play normaly with dx11, when change to dx12 and restart the game it stuck on black screen with the V simbol soaling at top right
