Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare Stopped Installation

Okay, so heres the story:

I get the Plants Vs. Zombies Garden Warfare from the Xbox one store. (Got the download not the disc). It was fine when it was downloading but then it was at this part that said "Install Progress"  where you can test some of the plants and play against the zombies a little. It was really slow at installing for a long time (took 2 hours to get to 70%). I checked on it about every 20 mins. One time I came back, and it was at 97%. 20 minutes later, its still at 97%. Its been almost 3 hours and its still at 97%. I have just assumed the installation has stopped or froze. I can still use the plants and ud=se other xbox functions so I know that the screen is not frozen. I know it is not my connection because all my t other devices and xbox functions work for online acivity (google, social media, etc.). I have never had this problem. 

Soe extra things:

1. I have xbox live gold

2. I only have 3 games on xbox

3.My contoller has been on the entire time

4. My internet has not gone out once.

5. Im not sure what will happen If I turn the xbox off since it is getting late and I will be forced to unless I find out how to pause the installation so I can start it tomorow.
