Garden warfare 2 won't connect on my ps5

I just bought the game couple days ago and when it finish do downloading I join the game and it stuck me on the loading screen or just kicks me out says something is wrong I tired all the method the ea advisor told me and still won't work then ea advisor told me to post here and the manager team would help me so this is my only hope I don't wanna waste me money on a game I can't even play
