DICE TeamHey, @ekranum, try reinstalling Origin, it's normally a cache problem if it can't download the game, it normally related that it's not been properly installed.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Origin, but I still can't download the expansion pack I just bought. I've done this, cleared my cache, etc. Spent about 10 hours today trying to get this to work. It still does not work...
How? And does the saves get deleted?

This is how I fixed my button not working. I downloaded an older version of origin, installed it and then updated my origin to the latest version. This fixed everything.
I am Currently having the same issue i downloaded pets the download button is there but when i click it it does not download and i already tried deleting and re downloading
