sims 4 expansion packs wont download

Good evening. I have recently brought a new PC and i Downloaded Sims 4 again, but only 1 of my expansion packs have downloaded and its not showing me the option to download my others. How can i fix ...

    Hey, @ekranum, try reinstalling Origin, it's normally a cache problem if it can't download the game, it normally related that it's not been properly installed.  

    let me know if that works or not.

@samucas88 If you reinstall origin done you have to reinstall the base game and everything else?
