Anthem game breaking bug

Question

Every time I go to click a consumable to equip it for a mission I’m immediately game crashed. Doesn’t matter what consumable it is, just started not too long ago. I have cleared my Xbox cache and tried anything I can think of to fix. I can’t play my interceptor without those in grandmaster so I need help right away.&nbsp;

All the strongholds for ps4 are bugged except tyrant mine. You enter them but then they bug up and nothing starts them. You leave them and screen goes blank. Your day one patch is complete *. Instead of giving PC players a week of increased loot drips how about the rest of us get that same week.
