Any Playstation releases are not confirmed, we simply don't know. The PC version has taken months to come out and it still won't be out for another month, if it finally does come to Playstation it won't be for a long while.
This was just posted on the PvZ facebook and Twitter accounts, some are taking it as a sign that a Playstation release is on the way because Sly Cooper is a Playstation only series but personally I'm not convinced. To me it looks like yet another game parody like the Titanfall, Need for speed and others that have been released so far. Take it as you will but don't count on it just yet.
I take that back, seems they're preparing to make an announcement.

This "Parody" would be a legal issue, due to that title not being owned by EA and is a platform exclusive.

They don't own any of these either, it's not actually in-game content.

Either way, I don't see that as new content, just as a way to announce the PS versions of the game.
