Help I can't open gw2

ever since the anti cheat was added the game crashed for me like everyone else but unlike everyone else people said to fix the crashes you just need to delete one of the files in the game but unlike everyone else instead of the game opening it just gives me a different crash and despite how many times i reinstall the game or verify the files it just WON'T WORK
