I ordered 4 sims 4 stuff packs (moschino, bowling night, perfect patio, and movie hangout). Instead of movie hangout, I got 2 copies of bowling night. The only way I can find to email someone is a bug report, which says they won't respond to it.
When ordering your checkout menu updated my order to bundle but did not remove the expansion pack from my order is there a way to get a refund or a different expansion pack as I do not need 2 of the same one

Also, how did my original post become a reply to someone else's reply to my post? If you moved my post, why did you keep my subject line, which wouldn't be the same as KKT0pCat's?

On the other hand, I'm trying to understand how this happened - Origin shouldn't allow you to purchase a pack you already own so it seems something is not working as intended here. Would you mind sharing the steps you followed to make your purchases?

The steps I took were:
Open the page that lists Sims 4 DLCs
Pick which stuff packs I wanted and open in a new tab
Check if I could find them cheaper in another site
Close the tabs of the 2 that I got cheaper (only by 20 cents, but I'll take it)
Double and triple check that I have the right tabs open
Click to buy the first pack until I got redirected back to origin from PayPal
Repeat for the other 3 packs
Check the list of things I was purchasing
Purchase them
Try to download them
Find that I didn't have one of them

I was in the game, and I clicked the packs I had seen I wanted, and when I went into the cart and for some reason, the seasons pack had appeared there as well. When I tried to get rid of it in the start to pay section, it automatically paid because I had my card saved.

@Meagan_Kayla @amanda-amethyst Thank you for taking the time to explain how it happened for you, very appreciated! So idk how or why this even happened but I was charged for the sims vampire expansion when I was only trying to buy the realm of magic. I purchased vampires 3 days ago so how is it I’m getting charged for an expansion I already have?

I went to buy laundry day and it asked if I wanted to add seasons and parenthood.I didn't click add on so I proceeded to check out.once I did it said it charged me for all three. I already have seasons ,but yet it charged me again.Can I get a refund on the two I didn't want to buy?
