Hello, we spoke the other day and you suggested doing a factory reset to remove the old PS4 owners EA email so that I can play online.  I now have FIfa 20 and Madden 20 and both still have the former owners email stuck on the system so I cannot log in and play online.  This is extremely frustrating.  I can't believe its been 2 weeks now and no one from EA can fix this issue and it keeps saying resolved.  Please help.  My case number is 61324265.  Again I literally went thru both resets on my PS4, waited as both games downloaded and it still didnt work...  At the very least is there anyway to get in contact with an advisor to get this over with?

Hey @YoungApolloCreed if you have factory reset the console and still having the issue then the issue is most likely related to your Gamertag being linked to an EA account that you have forgotten about or do not have access to.

Hey @YoungApolloCreed if you factory reset the console then it wipes all content, once this is done it is like the console has never been used before and all the previous owner's info will have been removed. If you are using your own Gamertag and seeing an email that you do not recognise then you will need to follow the steps I suggested in my other response and fill out the account recovery form:  https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
