Unlinking old ea account from psn

I have an issue with the EA account linked to my psn profile. I didn't link any ea account to my psn yet its saying someone else's account. How do i get that one off and put my own. Its rather frustr...

    Hey @aquellabruce the best thing to do is to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.

Hey @YoungApolloCreed if you factory reset the console then it wipes all content, once this is done it is like the console has never been used before and all the previous owner's info will have been removed. If you are using your own Gamertag and seeing an email that you do not recognise then you will need to follow the steps I suggested in my other response and fill out the account recovery form:  https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
