Fish Easter egg

All over the backyard are fish themed items you can interact with but nothing happens. There is also a fish shaped clock with the large hand on 12 and the small hand between 7-8 if I remember correctly. Have any of you guys noticed these things or found a way to interact with them?

Things I have found that you can interact.

Fish clock is on the back of a reddish shed on the plants side in the far back against the wall.

In the in the corner of park behind the courthouse there is this pond with thorns all around it and in the top left there is a puffer fish.

One of the buildings facing the dock has a dolphin blaster

One of the tall buildings has a fish tail on a mount.

Looking at the dock far to the left in the water near some rocks is a squid.

In the sewers on the ledge next to/below the ramp over some broken columns is a sea shell.

In the hidden area where a scientist is needed to warp into a tunnel and where there are 3 free chest. There is a dead fish in a green puddle.
