account reset
i logged in today after not playing for about 6 months and all of my stuff is gone and my account has seemingly been reset with no reason given. years of progress gone

Sorry to hear that the progress on your account has disappeared. Unfortunately, we are unable to support account-related requests here on the forums because we don't have the necessary tools or records.
You'll want to contact EA Support by creating a case, the team there will be able to check out your account and work with you to address this. It'd be helpful to have your previous player ID or email used in PvZ GW2 handy for the advisor to check out. Once you create the case, feel free to keep an eye on the status of the case here. Thanks!
