Ports for PS4?

What ports need to be opened in order to play this game online? I need to inform my school campus IT of the ports, and they will open them for me, allowing me to play. Thank you.

    Nat type?  Just make sure its not NAT 3

    That does not help at all. My NAT is always 3 at college due to the firewall. However, if I get the firewall port numbers, the college IT opens the ports up for me, and allows me to play. I have done it before with other games.
