Community ManagerHey @morreusplsfc if you no longer have access to the email on the account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
If the team have advised you that they cannot grant you access then you would need to fill out the form again with as much info as possible.

I understand all of that, and I’ve done it. I filled out the form multiple times, including a description of the issue and all information asked that I could answer.
