Account recovery

I linked my xbox live account to my girlfriend's xbox, and now I cannot go online in most of my EA games. Every time I try to log in, the game will ask for the password to my mothers old work email a...

Hey @morreusplsfc if you no longer have access to the email on the account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/

If the team have advised you that they cannot grant you access then you would need to fill out the form again with as much info as possible.

I understand all of that, and I’ve done it. I filled out the form multiple times, including a description of the issue and all information asked that I could answer.

      You will need to fill out the form if you wish to gain access to an account.
