PVZ GW for PS4 Cannot Redeem Code

I ordered PvsZ Garden Warfare Deluxe Edition for PS4 back in January so my son would have it on the day it released. When he tried to redeem the code for the Deluxe Edition Content, he got to Step 5 "Select Continue" but he never got a prompt to "Download" (Step 6). Additional attempts failed.  Please help.
