I don't think an m200 gloom vine is possible as it's a new plant and even though it's seeds are for sale in the store, EA put a cap on the number of times you can buy them (iirc it's 80) and also added +3 gems per purchase making it incredibly expensive to buy in gems.
The others are theoretically possible.
Thanks for info. I can imagine somebody spending lot of $ to level up those plants but that with gloom vine seems to be hacked.
I will check support if they have something to say.
Lightning Reed - Possible, if played the streaks and a long time.
Pumpkin and Electrici-tea - No, never had a Pinata and the only Bundles were not only expensive, but low number of seeds.
Ultomato- Has come back several times, but not enough for M200 imo.
Gloom Vine - Only possible with exploits

My Electrici-tea on my Mastery Profile is L8 and I didn't miss any Bundles, even when I was playing PvZ3.

Just a fun fact. When you don't unlock the Season plant you will get the following offer (12 seed packets for $1). There is no limit on this offer...so in case someone is willing to spend thousand of bucks they could get all of the new Season Plants to M200 and it would be legit. You can still play Arena and collect all the rewards but don't unlock the plant in the Almanac. Otherwise you won't see this offer. This was not the case when Electrici-Tea was introduced but it was the case for most of the other Season plants.

Thanks, I'll keep this in mind. I usually get the Early Access Bundle, so have never seen this. My accounts usually lock for fraud protection, after it sees a double purchase, so this would be painful.

@ellavrrr In theory it is possible to have the plants at max level but only by using exploits. However, in this case it is definitely a hacker. As @FantastiXxPVZ pointed out there are some filters that sort out 'high scoring' replays. This replay is not supposed to be in the replay pool...so I'm sure it's a hacker. You usually won't get an opponent who scores more than 20M even though it is easily possible to score 40M+ with Turkey-Pult.
@ellavrrr No idea. My best guess is that this person didn't really hack the replay algorithm but downloaded a mod from youtube to give him/her all the plants at max level. Those mods manipulate the data files in a way that could cause this replay to make it onto the sever.
We don't really know how the anti-cheat system works but a community manager told us that players who are evaluated to be cheaters will be removed from the general Arena player group and placed in their own separate group with other cheaters. Once removed, they will not show up on your leaderboards and their replays will be screened out of the general population altogether. These players will only be matched with other cheater.
I'm not sure if that this is true but in case it is, there is a good chance that the anti-cheat system will detect the replay and move this player to the 'cheaters league'.
