@Fresh_PrinceBDA All powder Mints with the exception of Enlighten-mint are not seedium plants, you need to actually buy the power mint itself with 100 mints when it is available in the store to own it. I am sorry to say that what you have purchased are seeds for upgrade use only, so make sure you have 100 mints the next time Appease-mint is available from the store.

@c750bcf9bac67af4 May be I did not explain clearly so you are still confused.
Power Mint are not unlocked with the seeds packets unless it is an enlighten-Mint. So it is not a bug. What you have is the amount of 170 seeds for the mint and NOT the mint itself. These seeds will be available to you for upgrade once you own the mint.
To unlock the power mint, you will actually need own it, and to own it, you will need to buy the Mint (Plant) itself when it is available from the store, the current Power Mint (plant) on offer is Enchant-mint which you can buy for 100 mint (tokens).

I see, do you have a screenshot of the purchase you made? if so you should be able to use it as an evident to make a claim of your missing content by contacting the HELP CENTER at the bottom of this page. The advisor could add the missing item or items back to your account from your player ID.
Here’s my screen shot for winter-mint. Just shows I have 102/100 mints needed. Same thing happened to me.

@mommy5220 The image shows you have 102 seeds for the Winter-mint which is ready to be used for upgrade but sadly this is NOT the ability the unlock the mint.
I copy an example of the power mint seeds offer from store in past to help making this clear. See all the seed packets offers below? if you do not own the mint and purchase 100 or more seed packets from the below, you still will not be able to unlock the mint, these seeds are only for upgrading and not the ability to unlock.
To unlock the Winter-mint, you will need to buy the power mint itself when it is available from the store (similar to the image below with 100 mint tokens)
