Some retailers do not make certain that their employees do not attempt to resell games that are accepted for return. Almost all retailers have their own vacuum sealing equipment to reseal products in. Anyway, we here in Answer HQ are gamers, not EA employees. We can't tell you when a given CD Key code was registered, nor examine anyone's player accounts to unravel some mixed up records. All of that is done via the Game Advisers at EA Help Center. See the link for a FAQ about it.

I'm having the same problem. I have checked my library - not there. Box came with 2 discs - one with pretty much nothing (disc 2) and the other (disc 1) has nearly everything. I read the instructions and it said that you were able to download a PC version or an Origin version. Since I had an Origin account, I tried that and when I put in the code, it said it had already been used. I then tried the PC download, and it said that to do so you must open autorun.exe. When I open it, it displays an Origin version. Game was new (not pre-owned) Is there another executable I have to open instead? Or is there only an Origin version? If so, why won't Origin work?
