Can't fully open PVZ GW2?

Every time I open the game, it'll open with no problems. The intro plays, and it seems to be loading. Screen fades to black for a split second, before going back to the intro and showing attached error message.

Something tells me it's just my PC being stupid. 

Game was installed through Steam, AND I have the EA app installed + logged into.

Any ideas?
