I'm still receiving the stupid infinite dandelion, from restoring purchases!!!!!!!

This game is pay to win.... EA just wants to scam us ALL by letting you purchase, untill your profile is "ready".

Once it's "ready" they throw in this dumb glitch to get you quit and uninstall because your profile is too over powered! I guarantee you if you make a new profile you won't have any of these "bugs"

I'm also having this issue after I bought the cold snapdragon and it said purchase successfull but I was never able to choose it instead it says pending and when I press it shows me the never ending restoring purchases bug so please help me

Game version and player ID:you should be able to find the photo attached with the message 

@orrivqmu4rxb You may want to remove the screenshot with your Player ID - that is like posting your Social Security number online.  Someone can hack your EA account with it and create all kinds of havoc.  If you may want to contact EA Help through the link at the bottom of the page and hopefully someone there can help you....

I have tried that but whenever I press help centre or contact us I always end up in one of those pages/chats with no actual way of contacting them 

So I don't know should I contact them through Twitter?

Hi, i also experienced infinite restoring purchase. How to fix this?

It's really not fixed. My purchase of 24th September still not delivered. I've just submitted a second ticket to support. I'm on the most up-to-date version of the game, I've cleared my cache, I've opened the game in airplane mode. Still nothing. Seriously, please don't tell us it's resolved when it's painfully obvious it's not!

This issue, which has been affecting so many players for so long, has clearly not been fixed despite last week's announcement.

EA/popcap needs to address this issue as a matter of urgency.

If they can't fix it then EA HELP CENTER needs to be able to either refund or complete the purchase instead of fobbing the players off.

Good customer service is still the way to go.

If players stopped buying EA games then what would happen to EA's profits, even it's very existence?

A few days ago I bought this pack, as soon as I did it was processing the transaction for too long. I uninstalled the game, reinstalled it and went back into my account and now I can't access my shop because of the infinite restoring purchases, I didn't get my plant or pinata either.

This is still an issue for me. I can play other aspects of the game but if I go into the sale screen I get infinite restoring purchases. I have restarted my phone. I have restarted the app multiple times. I also have tried to associate my email however it falls as well.  I have gone and checked for updates both on the game as well as on my phone. This issue has not been resolved for me

I have the same issue since yesterday. Called EA support and filed a call. Told me to wait 24 hours, problem stille here, tried many things like restoring the game, nothing helps so far.

This has been going on for a long while without a fix, there is a work around.

Try putting your device in airplane mode and entering the store.

I tried it all, but despite a short period of time the problem comes back. Called EA Support again. "The technical team is working on it". 

I have contacted EA through email but a dum bot keeps replying and says i must send Desktop images of the purchases as proof and Player ID which I do but then clearly get replied the exact same thing again; please help me fix this because i bought the stuff but its on infinite "restoring purchases"

@WARFARE_WIZZARD You will continue to get EA Drone emails asking the same thing:  Is your case still open?  Do you still need help? Produce these documents.  Produce these documents this way.   Until they close your case.

I found that I was FINALLY able to get my Pea Vine bundles I purchased in mid-May in Aug/Sept by sending tweets to both EA Help and PVZ on Twitter.  I asked why they did not care about their players and why was I not able to get the bundles I purchased.

I honestly, at this point, feel like EA just has this game on cruise control.  They don't seem to be interested in fixing these bugs that became glitches but are now a feature and function of this game.  People have issues with the music playing, accessing Penny's Pursuit, buying bundles through the Store, and generally playing the game.  Someone from EA will chime in every once in a while responding to someone who says they have a problem with the game, but nothing ever fixes it.  If you go through EA Help (Missing Content) to get your bundle, they basically call you a liar and don't believe that you did not get the bundle you purchased - even though this glitch-now feature is KNOWN to be an issue.  

All these problems with the game have soured me on this game and frankly EA.

OH MY GOD! What the HELL is wrong with PvZ2 support!?

I've logged my case regarding this issue twice. I keep getting emails asking if I still want help with my case. I've logged in and updated my case 3 times now, each time in response to these messages. Yet, my case just always says they're waiting on me. Twice, I've uploaded the screenshots requested by support, but still nothing.

The support ticket system is clunky, user unfriendly, and, it seems, not fit for purpose.

I purchased two things the shadow peashooter and 2 pinata and I was stuck loading so I closed the app reopened it didn't get my stuff but it says restore purchase so I hit the button but then it says restore purchase 0 restore successful how do I get them back
