Hey PvZ Players,
Apologies for the delay in communication, We have shared this issue and the players running into it with our team.
Currently, we are looking further into this, We are aware the this happens on any connection type, and disabling your Wifi allows you past the message.
We are wanting to get further information about this, if you are currently running into this issue please respond with the following information.
- Device Model
- Manufacturer and OS version
- Game Version (Select the settings icon on the main menu > Select "Build Version")
- Player ID (Select the settings icon on the main menu > Select "Build Version")

Our team is still working on the issues, and testing a fix for this. Currently, I do not have a planned time on when it may be resolved but I hope for one to come soon.
Once I have more information to share I will do so here.

Thank you to everyone that was able to provide us with information on this issue, We have made some changes and this should now be resolved.
You may need to check for updates and close the game and relaunch, but please check once you have a moment and let us know if you run into any more issues.
