Progress does not fully sync from Bluestacks to cellphone.

Tech Customer Service said to Post this to find the answer. I play PvZ:Heroes on my Desktop PC on the Bluestacks Emulator, and also the same account on my smartphone (also Android). I have the game linked by, both, FB & GooglePlay on both devices. The same accounts, & all. My Progress gets synced, mostly, but some Info does not. Specifically, I noticed that the changes I made to Rustbolt's Deck last night did not transfer to my phone. I figured it might be a latency-thing, but it has been almost 24 hours now, & it still has not transferred that exact thing. As far as I can tell, that is the only thing, but there could be more. Been playing a while, but only noticed it last night for the 1st time. Doesn't mean it hasn't been happening for a while, though. Please help. Very frustrating when their Technical Customer Service cannot figure it out. Wondering if anybody has the answers, or at least, anybody having the same issue? Thanks.
