Will there ever be a custom card creation/rating website?

My hopes are that some sort of custom card creation and rating website, like a PvZ Heroes version of Hearthcards.net, will be a thing at some point, thereby allowing people to show and store their ideas for possible cards much more easily. I don't know if this would be hosted by the developers, or done by a third party like Hearthcards.net, neither do I know the details regarding copyright infringement, so  I wouldn't be surprised if this never happens, but if you are reading this and think you can set it up, DO IT PLEASE!  It would be so fun, and depending on how stubborn the developers are, it could even inspire them for future updates of the game.
