And then something went wrong and purchased an 11pack for Rustbolt which I would never in a million years purchase. Especially when I can get twice the cards for 2000 gems. I really hope I don't have to keep this just cuz I had enough gems. Those were being saved for something ffs

Good luck drawing a good CS rep to discuss the issue with. 🙂 Recycled a Leggie by accident and got no love from CS one time.

- So I figured I should give my thanks to the cs rep I talked to... They closed my ticket and said sorry(not sorry). So I phoned cuz my neighbors upstairs were home(I have no phone) and adter a little chat and talking with his supervisor, as a one time "goodwill gesture" he called it, for being a longtime player(probably amount of $$ helped my case too) he gave me 1000 gems and 1000 sparks.
Thank you for your understanding of my issue and its nice when CS is a gamer also cuz they are a bit more empathetic
