Pirate Parrot Bomb Glitch

I was flying the pirate's parrot, and suddenly (I'm not sure how but I think I hit the bombs) there were the scientist's bomb/grenade things attached to me. I could see still but the parrot was glitching out and moving around uncontrollably. I might have posted this in the wrong place but I don't understand this website for GW2.
