Free version Plants vs. Zombies lawnmower bug

It's already October and they still haven't fixed the lawnmower bug. The free version of Plants vs. Zombies on both Android and iOS has this bug. It hasn't been fixed from June until now. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game doesn't help - I still only have 2 or 3 lawnmowers. This is affecting my normal gameplay
