No ingame sound (PC)

I recently installed Garden Warfare 2 but I am not getting any sound at all. I tried repairing the game, going to documents and deleting the settings folder, uninstalling/reinstalling my headset and drivers, tried other headsets and speakers and uninstalled/reinstalled the entire game but it's still not outputting any sound. I can only hear ingame chat, other than that, no audio whatsoever. I went to settings to check my audio was all the way up and went to my volume mixer to make sure that the game wasn't muted, but no audio is being output still and my audio works fine in browsers and the other 30+ games on my computer. Does anyone have a solution?

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Gabe_oz.

    Do you have Sonic Studios or one of the AMD audio extensions installed, if so can you remove or disable both and then try again. 

    If you do not have Sonic Studios installed can you go ahead and check that your in-game audio options reflect your sound set up, for example, if you are using headphones or stereo speakers please ensure that surround sound is not selected.


    I would also suggest launching the game and then minimizing it and checking your audio settings in the lower left-hand menu of your screen.
