While there's no ability to link it to a different EA account than the one it 'upgrades' into, there are a couple options:

• You are welcome to create an email address just for your Pogo account, which would allow you to be able to log back in. You can also set up your primary email as a "secondary email" on the Pogo account should you ever lose access to the new email address.
  
  
• You can try reaching out to EA Help to see if consolidating your EA accounts is an option. There may be some restrictions that would keep this from being an option, but the EA Help advisor can look over both accounts to see if there is something that would block the transfer as some games and services cannot transfer. There are also risks associated with moving any data.

• Go to https://help.ea.com
• Click "Contact Us"
• Select Pogo from the game list
• Select PC or Mac
• Select Manage my account > Transfer between accounts
• Click Select contact option
