Re: Mahjong Garden won't load!

@abcag5MN83fcSa, I cannot remember how many times people have reported that Mahjong Gardens and a few other HTML5 games stop loading at 85%.

It might be something specific to a few of HTML5 games or maybe the browsers just time out if the game doesn't fully load after a certain period of time. I honestly wish I knew the cause and how to correct this issue.

I have a few suggestions for you, but in this case of the loading stopping at 85% I am not sure they will work.

First, Clear the cache (memory) of your browser if you have loading problems. If you need guidance on how to do that, there are instructions in a discussion on clearing one's browser cache using the link below.

Second, If you have only 4GB of RAM memory on your computer, that might be the reason for the loading failure. Mahjong Garden is now and HTML5 game and they use more memory to run than the older Flash and Java games. It is recommended that we have 8GB or more of RAM and use the latest available Operating System like Windows 10 for playing HTML5 games. If you are not sure how much RAM memory you have on your computer, use these steps with Windows:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and type 'RAM'
2. Select View RAM Info
3. Check for a detail that says 'Installed RAM'

Third, Try switching to another browser to see if that helps. Google Chrome is a good alternative browser, and can be downloaded for free from the Google website. Since you have Windows 10, you could also try the Edge browser. Occasionally, switching to another browser works for me.
