@01836362 Try creating the account on ea.com and only signing into Origin once that account has been confirmed via email.

Gladly i have my sims but it's missing few packs it had, like the vampire and cats & dogs pack
@01836362 Packs don't transfer between accounts, unfortunately. So the only way to retrieve your packs would be to go through the account recovery process with EA customer support. If you're interested, start here:
